  • Holder of Bachelor's Degree with 8 years experience in Maintenance Planning
  • Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office applications and SAP Maintenance Module
  • Technical knowledge in Maintenance operations
  • Knowledge of workplace safety
  • Good communication skills

MAIN TASK:

  • Must be responsible to maintain, monitor and withdraw of spare parts "on stock" to ensure smooth operation activities
  • Monitor and maintain all SAP system KPIs
  • Establish, maintain and improve the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling business flow process and thereby achieving all the SAP system KPIs and contractual KPIs
  • Improve workforce productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access
  • Proper planning of Work Notification raised by Operation
  • Schedule work activities in daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Responsible in tracking, monitoring, planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities which does include third-party inspeection and equipment or machine calibrations or services
  • Responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters
  • Preparation of Routine Report required by the management and client
  • Ensures work activities are planned in safe, economic and ecological way
  • Reporting of Non-Conformities in his section/area

TASKS:

  • Processing of spare parts material needed by maintenance technicians
  • Develop overall plan for the supervisor on which to base his pre-thinking and pre-planning for day-to-day work and future work
  • Maintain spare parts expenses and budgets which is covered by monthly/yearly budget
  • Process the schedule of lines for Monthly Preventive Maintenance
  • Process the Schedule of Lines for Corrective maintenance to prevent any further unnecessary Line breakdown
  • Monitor and Maintain PM and other maintenance KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) as set by the client as per SAP procedure and company requirement
  • Apply specialized ability t the planning and scheduling of shutdowns
  • Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of equipment maintenance history and job records database
  • Convert the organization's asset management and maintenance strategy into workplace activities
  • Apply good stores management practices and parts management to ensure parts and equipment retain full reliability while stored
  • Continually improving planning, scheduling, purchasing, stores, data management and job reporting systems to increase planning effectiveness and efficiency
  • COllaborate with maintenance supervision to schedule manpower and resources for the most effective production and maintenance resources in conjunction with Operations
  • Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work
  • Enable/inform management to level out peak workloads and deviation of KPIs
  • Highlight for analysis requests for work of questionable justification
  • Responsible in monitoring and closure of Corrective Maintenance Order
  • Responsible of raising PR (Purchase Request) through job order as per job requirement/notification in coordination with inventory controller
  • Strict monitoring and control of spare parts (Consumables & Critical Spares) on stock and re-ordering point follow ups and reporting to management on a timely manner
  • Maintain and  analyze the SAP historical failure data
