  • Provide business analysis insights and recommendations for solution design and implementation of the project team by leading driving and overseeing business analysis planning and monitoring, information elicitation and collaboration, requirements lifecycle management, strategy analysis, requirements analysis and design definition and solution evaluation
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing scope, quality, risk and communication
  • Mentor and coach other project team members on system mastery, technical background, main processes and best practices of business facets and industries and necessary work tools
  • Exhibit advanced system mastery and current understanding on knowledgebase and updates, as well as appropriate technical background, by mentoring others
  • Have overview knowledge and appreciation on other systems being offered
  • Master operational HR, Payroll and other related business facets in connection with the practice and be updated on related current standards, trends and best practices to be able to mentor others on these
  • Have familiarity with more industries' main business processes, in connection with the HRMS practice
  • Lead, drive and manage project documentation to ensure accurate reflection of design. Perform regular audits to uphold quality standards
  • Lead, drive and manage the project's business analysis tasks, processes and other aspects
  • Build customer confidence by ensuring customer satisfaction, setting achievable customer expectations, assuming responsibility for solving customer problems, ensuring commitments to customers are met, soliciting opinions and ideas from customers and responding to both internal and external customers with equal priority.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities of a Functional Consultant 1 and/or Functional Consultant 2 should there arise a need from project/s


  • Graduate of any 4-year Technology-related courses, preferably in Information Technology/Industrial Engineering/Engineering Management/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related fields or Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resource Management or similar
  • Solid 2-6 years of experience in business solution implementation projects, preferably HRMS implementations, across multiple industries
  • Preferably has experience as an HR practitioner across multiple industries
  • Advanced mastery of offered HRMS products, consisting of the standard navigation, user interface and features of the Dynamics environment, out-of-the-box core entities and functionalities of the modules, configurations via setup and facilitation of transactions and inquiries including data management
  • Current information and standards on offered HRMS products knowledgebase and updates
  • Good grammar and technical writing skills, as well as excellent process definition and brainstorming documentations
  • Excellent oral communication, customer service, client interaction, interpersonal and presentation skills.
