Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Male or female
  • Single
  • Preferably BS Food Tech graduate
  • 21 to 30 yrs old
  • Preferably a resident of Cavite
  • With at least 6 months experience in a food manufacturing or restaurant set-up
  • Knowledgeable on Quality & Food Safety and HACCP standards
  • Willing to be assigned in Tanza, Cavite
  • Willing to do minimal field work
  • Conversant in English language
  • Can facilitate trainings
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementation of Quality & Food Safety standards
  • Implementation of HACCP standards
  • Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
  • Assessing internal customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
  • Will work with the SCM on specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
  • Working with Commissary team to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
  • Shall assist the OM and Commissary Manager to create & develop procedural manuals for commissary
  • determining training needs
  • facilitates trainings
  • shall act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
  • directing objectives to maximise profitability
  • shall monitor internal customer’s complaints and create action plans
  • recording, analysing and distributing statistical information on quality management
  • shall conduct weekly & monthly audits in the commissary & stores
