Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Works
- Collating all the Monitoring Sheets at given cut off from area
- Encoding and updating all the Monitoring Sheets.
- Encoding the Work Service Report
- Receiving calls for possible clients or clients with concerns
- Advising onsite personnel for the merchants for inspection
- Schedule and advice the onsite personnel for the works that needs to be done
- Responsible for preparing and sending de-clogging quotation based on inspection reports to merchants having emergency
- Assist the Engineers with regards to the concern of the areas and reports needed
- Handle external calls from clients and personnel during working hours
- Liaises the concerns of tenants to area personnel
- Assist the Operations Department in making follow ups on the PO of declogging works
- Completing the document including the working permit, Work Service Report (WSR) and waiver
- Monitoring of emergency de-clogging through communicating with the onsite personnel
- Perform other tasks assigned by immediate head or other evmi officials.
