Job Description
- At least one (1) year working experience in a related field
- Applicants must be willing to work in Binondo, Manila

Job Details:
- Do basic office tasks such as answering phones and e-mails, filing documents, organising files, etc.
- Maintain the database of clients and their transactions, ensuring that records are complete, correct and updated
- Check and file documentations of clients
- Process import/export shipments for assigned accounts
- Provide excellent and timely customer service by pro-actively informing agents/clients of the status of their shipments
- Familiarize self with customs processes
- Follow company procedures and accounting principles
- Respond to partners and clients in a timely and appropriate manner
- Respond to internal requests in a timely and appropriate manner
