Job Description:

  • Asset Management
    • Maintain functionality of necessary office equipment
    • Manages the deployment and receiving of computer equipment to employees
    • Track and record the designation of assets
    • Analyzes equipment supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
    • Perform inventory audit
    • Setup and update computer settings and software needs
    • Perform computer troubleshooting, repair and formatting
  • Employee productivity monitoring administrator
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Manage filing systems
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Help organize and maintain office common areas
  • Coordinate events if necessary
  • Participate in meetings with the management
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands
  • Works as a company representative and is responsible for coordinating activities to other agencies and groups
  • Find ways to improve administrative processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned



  • Male
  • Experience as Admin Staff is an advantage
  • High level of integrity
  • Knowledgeable on computer troubleshooting, formatting and computer assembly
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Solid time management skills
  • Must be able to effectively negotiate and deal with people on behalf of the company at all levels 
  • Creative ability & writing proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
