Job Description
JOB DESRIPTION
- Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
- Performs of store maintenance task such as carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.
- Performs general cleaning of equipment and facilities and other tasks assigned.
- Responds to emergencies such as store electrical shut down.
- Store Opening supports.
- Store closure supports for equipment and facilities transfer/pull out.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledgeable in electrical, HVAC, plumbing and electrical
- Good in tracking orders.
- Must have a strong personality, very good in oral and written communications, and can work with minimum supervision.
