Job Description

• Perform Financial accounting functions of the stores, such as, but not limited to, processing of transactions and reports in compliance with financial reporting standard and local statutory requirements.
• Reporting financial status to store managers and franchises, and managing daily accounts.
• Responsible for planning and supervising the Store Accounting Sections overall activities and deliverables.
• Stores\Franchises Daily Document Management System
• Develop systems and processes to ensure store compliance in accomplishing documents and timely submission.
• Validation, Controlling, Recording and Posting
• Validation of periodic store documents and reports.
• Responsible to generation of exceptions reports and coordination to Store Operations Merchandising
• Development and Generation of Franchises Financial Reports
• Analyses and interprets generated reports and present to Store Operations.

Minimum Requirements

• BS Accountancy Graduate

• Book keeping
• Accounting Management
• Financial Management
• Financial Control\ Cost Analysis
• Knowledge of existing laws, taxations, restrictions, and legislations related to accounting.
• People\Performance Management.
