Job Description

CSRs will be tasked to handle customer needs, processes and transactions. Transactions are to be processed in a timely manner. Instructions and standard operating procedure are to be followed in order to process the task. CSRs will also be working with sensitive information so confidentiality is strongly advised. Non Voice

Responsibilities:

1. Process order, forms and applications

2. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues

3. Respond promptly to customer needs

4. Ensure Customer satisfaction
