Job Description
  • Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting, inventories and answering phone calls
  • Working closely with Sales / Marketing team to manage client's records
  • Preparing P&L reports
  • Reconcile daily bank receipts with daily sales report and update cashbook
  • Preparing invoices and follow-up payment with clients
  • Handling of payments to third party providers
  • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
  • Assist in month-end and year-end reconciliation

    Job Requirements:

  • You have at least 1 year experience in Accounts and performing administrative tasks
  • Able to speak and liaise in English
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • Meticulous, positive working attitude, high level of initiative
