HR & ADMIN OFFICER (Quezon City Based)

Qualifications:

  • 21-35 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related  field
  • Knowledgeable  in human operations and processes
  • Experience in dealing with confidential issues
  • Developed office skills including proficiency with equipment and customer service
  • Good in written and verbal communication skills
  • Developed time management skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Capable to handle for developing and implementing Organizational Development programs that align employees with key business strategies and initiatives
  • Outsource, monitor and identify employees  or staffs training needs
  • Do administrative and clerical tasks
