Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective and taking into consideration the growing complexities and challenges within the industry.
• Develop strategic plans to improve warehouse operations and maximise warehouse space utilisation by designing and developing an efficient movement and storage system
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to determine the most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation and meet customer’s satisfaction
• Ensure that the K.U.S products are manufactured safely, cost-effectively and on time, and that they meet the required quality standards by assisting subsidiaries in establishing an efficient and economic production process
• Ensure supply chain processes are in accordance with the current government legislations, regulations, and trade agreements, and suit the changing market condition
• Provide a definite direction and support to the company’s day to day operations by developing policies, procedures, guidelines and process manuals and ensure compliance of the subsidiaries within the region.
• Drive subsidiaries in achieving business targets by analysing their performance and guiding them to improve operational processes through KPIs and reports
• Manage supply chain software to ensure full control on the functionality, access security, information and transactions running in the system

• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
• Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Willing to report on-site in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig

Eucation and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience
• More than 8 years of importation, procurement, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse management experience
