Job Description:

  • Assist clients and answer client’s inquiries in our social media (FB & IG) platform, Viber or text message
  • Answer landline & mobile calls and assist client’s inquiries & orders
  • Process client’s order in FB, IG or Viber, encode orders in POS, arrange delivery of paid clients or clients who opted for cash on delivery
  • Monitor booking and make sure that clients receive their orders
  • Ensure smooth transaction with every client and excellent service provided to clients
  • Resolve client’s complaints or process refunds, if any, and escalate this concern to management and make sure that complaints & refunds are immediately resolved


  • Willing to start immediately for employment
  • Proficient in English
  • Internet Savvy (Social Media)
  • Very Good Communication Skills
  • Computer and Internet Literate
