Job Description

Our member company is a fast-growing fashion tech startup. It is a marketplace connecting borrowers and lenders of designer fashion. The company has over 50,000 dresses listed with lenders all over Australia. They are now growing faster than ever and are keen to ensure that they meet customers’ high expectations. They’re a small team but are looking to continue to grow as they scale in Australia and internationally.


The Accounts Payable Accounting Staff is responsible for managing the Accounts Payable function of the company and carrying out general day-to-day duties.



  • Records and manages the invoices

  • Accurately review, reconcile discrepancies, code, and process vendor/supplier invoices

  • Process requests and relevant accounting reports

  • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders Manages external and internal correspondence

  • Payment processing and forecast

  • Record/File maintenance

  • Coordinates/ escalates and resolves issues that impact the operations with the help of the management

  • Proposes improvement of procedures and writes new procedures under the supervision

  • Review expense reports for compliance, approvals, and accuracy against company policies

What are we Looking for?


  • Preferably college graduate in Accounting, Finance or Business Management

  • At least 2 years working experience in data entry for accounts payable

  • Knowledgeable on the accounting treatment of accounts payable and/or inventory transactions

  • At least 2 years working experience in general accounting

  • Excellent written and fluent verbal English communication skills

  • Strong understanding of accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

  • Great attention to detail

  • Proficient in MS Office knowledge and skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Work well in a team environment

  • Capable of solving problems and handling issues

  • Strong work ethic contributes a very professional attitude towards all aspects of work

Technology Requirements

  • A dedicated quiet workspace at home and with a good internet connection (minimum 25mbs)

  • A desktop or laptop computer (3rd generation or higher) with at least i3 or equivalent processor, at least 8 GB ram, and windows 7 and above or MAX OSX operating system

  • Headset with extended microphone, a noise canceling headset is a must.

  • High- definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution

Compensation Package & Benefits

  • Base Pay: P25,000 – P35,000 including:

    • P2,500 allowance for internet/electricity)

    • P2,900 allowance for SSS, Pag-ibig, Phil-Health

  • HMO after 3 Month Training Period

  • Paid Leaves

  • 13th Month Pay

LOCATION:    Remote, Work From Home 

WORKING HOURS:        9am to 6pm AU time, (6am to 3pm Manila)
