Qualifications:

  • MBA, Post Graduate, Graduate with over 12 years of experience
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Good experience in running large set of HR Operations

Job Description:

  • Will be responsible to lead Payroll Operations. These core delivery areas are :
    Pre Payroll
    o Payroll time – Admin and Time Management
    o Tax Processing and Admin
    o Payroll Processing
  • Incumbent must have solid experience in running Multiple GU Payroll operations. Exposure to Australian Payroll Operations is preferred.
  • Incumbent should have exposure Experience in managing payroll for an employee base of > 10,000 people
  • Should have led team that manage either Pre payroll, Post payroll.
  • Should have good experience in managing, running and instituting Payroll Controls in large set up.
  • Should have had excellent hand’s on experience in running Month end , Year closures and reporting.
  • Should be abreast with latest technology in the Payroll space and should be able to roll out automation as required by the Operations.
