Job Description

 

Our member company is a fast-growing fashion tech startup. It is a marketplace connecting borrowers and lenders of designer fashion. The company has over 50,000 dresses listed with lenders all over Australia. They are now growing faster than ever and are keen to ensure that they meet customers’ high expectations. They’re a small team but are looking to continue to grow as they scale in Australia and internationally.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Check new listings to ensure all data is correct. Amend photos to ensure the photo is not blurry and does not infringe on Zimmermann copyright. Ensure that the filters listed for the item are correct ie. Black-tie vs cocktail vs maternity. We will also need to do audits and add items to edits monthly.

Responsibilities

 

  • Reviewing all new items listed each day

  • Running audits on designers, occasions and colours to ensure filters are accurate

  • Adding items to edits which are updated quarterly

  • On occasion may need to chat to customer service team about contacting lenders who’s items cannot be fixed manually.

  • Excellent written and fluent verbal communication skills

  • Fast and accurate typing skills

  • Excellent spelling and grammar

  • Passion and enthusiasm

  •  Strong work ethic contributes a very professional attitude towards all aspects of work

  • Preferably college graduate and with minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role
     

Technology Requirements

  • A dedicated quiet workspace at home and with a good internet connection (minimum 25mbs)

  • A desktop or laptop computer (3rd generation or higher) with at least i3 or equivalent processor, at least 8 GB ram, and windows 7 and above or MAX OSX operating system

  • Headset with extended microphone, a noise canceling headset is a must.

  • High- definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution
     

 

Compensation Package & Benefits

  • Base Pay: P20,000 – P25,000

  • Allowance: P2,500 (internet/electricity)

  • 13th Month Pay

WORKING HOURS:        9am to 6pm AU time, (6am to 3pm Manila)
