Qualifications: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
  • Must have strong exposure in sourcing, recruitment and placement, Onboarding.
  • Must have at least 2 years’ working experience in the related field.

Responsibilities: 

  • Performing analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments.
  • Creating a sustainable talent acquisition recruitment sourcing, strategies and techniques.
  • Help manager take charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities.
  • Motivating employees to be brand ambassadors and planning employee referral programs.
  • Sourcing and discovering a top talent for open positions using job boards.
  • Help manager designing, plan and execute recruitment and selection processes (e.g. conduct interviews and screen calls, administer psychological tests, etc.).
  • Reviewing employment applications and creating background check reports.
  • Planning procedures for enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Leading, managing and supervising members of the talent acquisition team for evaluating recruitment efforts.
  • Creating KPI reports, analyze trend and help manager come up with targeted action plans to help improve recruitment processes through proper RCA.
