This role is responsible in assisting with sales and marketing activities and other administrative support to enable Ezy Service Centre take advantage of new business opportunities and maintain customer relation.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate, qualify and process new sales leads
- Develop new business thru different channels to introduce Ezy Service Centre services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Timely coordination and distribution of mail outs and other marketing materials contributing to marketing activities
- Maintenance of internal CRM ensuring that lead and client information is entered accurately and is up to date
- Calling leads, understanding their needs, process and effectively communicating the benefits of our services on building their business.
- Answers phone calls from clients and deals with enquiries as they arise
- Arranges online appointment, coordinate bookings and schedule meetings between clients and Business Development Team
- Provides administrative work including compiling a daily list of sales leads, providing sales data and guides to the Business Development Team
- Recording sales trends and liaising with Management Team to develop sales strategies
- Managing the correspondence between the Management team and our clients
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting
- With good communication skills enough to convey communication internally and with business partners
- Experience in dealing with client correspondence
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong sales focus and interest in business growth
- Ability to multitask, and complete allocated tasks within set timeframes
- Proven ability to work independent yet successfully contribute to a cohesive team environment
