Job description:

The Research Analyst conducts researches and analyzes prospective client data to assist with all leads
for business development activities. Leasing support for clients - this includes website research,
workflow 
management updates, CRM upgrade project and maintenance, and other ad hoc duties as
directed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching prospective clients
  • Ability to consistently monitor updates on targeted businesses in the media and property market
  • Compiling details as required and entering into database
  • Updating and managing workflow
  • Assist team in upgrade project
  • Managing incoming emails and updating CRM/ actioning workflow without direction
  • Stock-managing inbound site options and segmenting into categories
  • Updating database and matching client briefs
  • Special projects
  • Updates to market briefs and mailouts to captured database
  • Seek and collate data from property portals including etc
  • Compilation of long lists of potential sites for clients
  • Assisting with preparing offers
  • Supporting Principal and wider team

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including: Sharepoint, Dynamics, Office 365
  • Strong analytical skills
