Job Description


  • Review and implement necessary HR process, programs, and systems are in place to create an environment for productivity, satisfaction, and growth
  • Support different functions with performance management and employee development
  • Lead in the development and implementation of employee policies and procedures
  • Oversee processes on employee timekeeping, payroll, and benefits
  • Monitor and execute employee counseling and disciplinary actions
  • Lead talent acquisition and facilitate the effective management and positive engagement of talents from pre-employment screening to onboarding
  • Ensure that all administrative requirements in all facets of HR management functions are met


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Psychology, or other field or equivalent experience required
  • At least five (5) years experience in Human Resource, preferably in a heavy; construction and manufacturing industry
  • Strong client-support orientation, and the ability to influence a broad range of people at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational & analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite- Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday
