The principle which inspired the people behind the birth of UNITRA MARITIME MANILA INC.UMMI is a company duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. It is a licensed manning agency engaged in the process of recruitment all the way through deployment of shipboard personnel according to the specific requirements of the principals, consequently providing employment opportunities to able and qualified Filipino seafarers.
The company was officially recognized by the Securities and Exchange Commission on the 29th of March 2009 and began navigating in the manning industry on the 22nd of June 2009 as it was finally granted its License to Operate by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration.
